Our Club meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm .We meet at
Fuddruckers which is
located adjacent to
I-35 N between 290 and 183.

LAKE STILLHOUSE HOLLOW
August 16, 2008
We
had an excellent turnout with 14 teams participating in the tournament.
The tournament hours were from 4:00 AM to noon. The fishing
was very spotty with some weighing over 20 lbs while others
struggled to bring any fish to the scales. Marilyn and Joe
Connell took all the honors with a first place finish along
with Men's and Women's Big Bass of the tournament. They weighed
in 5 bass for a total weight of 22.80 pounds. Joe weighed in a
5.97 for men's big bass and Marilyn weighed in a 6.80 for women's
big bass which is her personal best and is leading the club for women's
big bass of the year. Congratulations to both Joe and
Marilyn.
Second place went to Gail and Larry Pederzani with 5
bass weighing 20.24 pounds while third pace was taken by Pat and Jerry Gold with 16.62 pounds.

LAKE AUSTIN
July 12/13, 2008
Twelve
teams participated in the July 12th night tournament on Lake Austin
last Saturday. The tournament ran from 11:00 PM Saturday through
9:AM Sunday. A lot of nice bass were weighed in with the
Pederzanis taking first place with 5 bass weighing 19.93 pounds.
Just ounces behind them in second place were Alice and Luther
Lentz with 19.19 pounds. Third place went to Tim Baker (fished
alone) with 13.88 pounds. Women's Big Bass went to Gail with 4.88
and Mens Big Bass was taken by Larry with 6.18 lbs. Everyone
weighed in fish with many of them weighing over 3 pounds.

LAKE TRAVIS
June 28, 2008
Twelve
teams participated in the June Tournament held on Lake Travis last
Saturday, June 28, 2008. Pat and Jerry Gold had an
outstanding day as they weighed in 5 bass for 17.42 pounds . They
were over 6 pounds ahead of the rest of the field. They took both
the Men and Women's Big Bass honors with Pat weighing in a Bass at 3.94
and Jerry with 5.26 pounds. Congratulatlions to Pat and Jerry for
their first place finish.
Second place went to Glenda and Allen
Summers with 11.02 pounds. Each of them also weighed in a nice
size bass as you can see in the following photo. Third place went
to Larry and Gail Pederzani with 10.25 pounds. 8 of the 12 teams
weighed in a limit of fish.

LAKE CHOKE CANYON
May 17, 2008
Nine
teams participated in the May Tournament held on Choke Canyon last
Saturday, May 17, 2008. Alice and Luther Lentz ran away with first
place weighing in a limit of bass that included a 9.84 and a 7 plus
pounder for a total weight of 24.65 pounds. Needless to say,
Luther also took Men's Big Bass honors with his 9.84 bass. What
an awesome tournament for Alice and Luther. Congratulations to
both.
Brenda and Cliff Davis also weighed in a limit of bass for
a total weight of 14.09 pounds giving them second place and Josie
and Allen Logan followed in third place with a total of 13.91 pounds.
Lesli Clark captured Women's Big Bass with a weight of 4.20
pounds. Congratulations to all the winners.

LAKE SAM RAYBURN March 15/16, 2008
Ten
teams showed up at Sam Rayburn to participate in the Spring two
day tournament held on the 15th and 16th of March. Brenda
and Cliff Davis took first place honors with 9 bass weighing 22.88
pounds. Cliff also had Men's Big Bass with a weight of 4.07
pounds. Larry and Gail Pederzani came in 2nd with 9 bass
weighing 21.96 pounds while Rosemarie and Pete Trevino took 3rd with 10
bass weighing 19.63 pounds and were the only team to weigh in a
limit for both days. Women's Big Bass went to Alice Lentz with a
weight of 4.72 pounds. Congratulations to all.

Ten
teams participated in our second tournament of the Year which was
held on Lake Belton on Feb 17th. Alice and Luther Lentz continue
to show their fishing skills with yet another first place finish
with five bass weighing 10.21 pounds. Rosemarie and Pete Trevino
showed their competitiveness taking second place with five bass
weighing 8.49 pounds. Gail and Larry Pederzani managed to sneak
into third place with four bass weighing 7.85 pounds. Women's Big
Bass went to Vicki with 1.81 pounds while Men's Big Bass went
to Luther with 3.20. Congratulations to all the winners.
